The Kerala government has announced the annual examination date for SSLC (10th) and Plus Two (12th). According to the schedule announced by education minister Vasudevan Sivankutty in a press briefing in state capital Thiruvananthapuram, the SSLC examinations will be held between March 9 and March 29, 2023.
Over 4.5 lakh students are set to sit for SSLC examinations. Model examinations will be held between February 27 and March 3, 2023. The evaluation process will start on April 3, 2023 and the results will be out on or before May 10, 2023.
As for the higher secondary, vocational higher secondary examinations, the dates are from March 10 to 30. The mock exams will be held during February 27-March 3. Practical examinations for vocational higher secondary students will start on January 25 and that of higher secondary streams will begin on February 1. Paper evaluation will start on April 3 and the results are expected by May 25.
Around 9 lakh students will sit for the higher secondary first and second year exams. The number of students appearing for the vocational higher secondary exams is 60,000.
